Charity Fundraiser for Macmillan Cancer Research - 72 Holes of Golf in ONE DAY!

Jack & his three friends did it!
Our managing director and three of his close friends decided to embark on the 72 Hole Golf challenge to raise awareness for Macmillan cancer research at Ferndown Forest Golf Course on the 23rd June 2023. This may sound fun but when your constantly in the bushes looking for your ball it can take its toll!
Jack and his friends first teed off at 5.45am in the early hours of the morning just before sunrise and managed to complete the last hole at 8:15pm that day - The group managed to complete this endeavouring challenge and we’re able to raise an outstanding £2,060 for this great charity!
There were quite a few local businesses that participated on the day and their efforts that day raised a total figure just shy of £15,000! - Which we think is an amazing achievement for all those involved.
It was safe to say the group were feeling the affects for the next few days after this mammoth challenge, but they all mentioned how it was worth it for a great cause and that they hope their efforts will help people / families living with cancer to get the support they need either through medical, emotional or financial support.
