Jack is the driving force behind the Link Homes team, with an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service to every customer. Since leaving school, he has immersed himself in the world of work, consistently becoming a trusted first point of contact and taking great pride in ensuring clients feel genuinely supported and well looked after throughout their property journey.

Outside of estate agency, Jack is a proud dad to his son, Louie, and is incredibly grateful for the ongoing support of his wife, Danielle, whose encouragement plays an important role in the success of the business. In his spare time, Jack has a strong passion for Chelsea Football Club, enjoys maintaining his garden, and regularly takes part in competitive sports.

Hettie is a valued member of the Link Homes team, bringing a wealth of experience within the property industry. Having started her career during the stamp duty holiday in 2020, she quickly adapted to a fast-paced and demanding market, gaining a strong understanding of the sales process from start to finish.

Previously working within a corporate agency, Hettie now thrives in an independent environment, where the focus is firmly on delivering a more personal and attentive level of service. She has developed excellent skills in liaising between all parties involved, including managing complex chains, ensuring transactions progress smoothly through from sale to completion.

Outside of work, Hettie enjoys trips to London to see a musical, exploring new cities on short breaks, cooking, unwinding with a glass of red wine and reading her favourite book.

Ashley began his journey in the property industry in 2019 within the lettings sector, before joining Link Homes in 2023. Over this time, he has developed a strong foundation in customer service and a genuine passion for property, consistently delivering a friendly and approachable experience for clients.

He prides himself on his positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships, ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys travelling abroad and embracing different cultures, reflecting his Portuguese and Welsh heritage. He also values spending time with family and close friends. A keen sports enthusiast, Ashley’s passion often shows on a Monday morning, where he can be found debating the weekend’s football results with Jack.

Originally from London, Lauren joined the Link Homes team in 2020. Although new to the property industry at the time, her proactive, can-do attitude meant she quickly became a natural fit within the business. She has embraced the fast-paced and ever-evolving nature of the industry, continually developing her knowledge and skillset.

Lauren is an integral part of the team and is often considered the backbone of the office, playing a key role in keeping everything running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Outside of work, Lauren is a very proud mum to her children, Amelia and Freddie, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, often travelling back to London to visit loved ones.

Richard is the talented photographer behind Link Homes’ striking marketing, and he is rarely seen without a smile on his face. From rearranging an entire room to capture the perfect shot, he ensures every property is showcased to its full potential, reflecting the team’s attention to detail and style.

Having moved to Bournemouth over ten years ago, Richard is rarely without his camera. Outside of work, he enjoys a gin and tonic in his garden or exploring the countryside on his motorcycle, always bringing his signature energy and positivity wherever he goes.

Charlie joined the Link Homes team in 2025 as a Property Consultant, making the move from lettings into sales. With experience across both areas of the property industry, he brings enthusiasm, adaptability, and a well-rounded understanding of the sales process to his role.

Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, Charlie places a clear focus on communication, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout every stage of their property journey.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys keeping active, regularly spending time in the gym and playing padel, where he and Jack have developed a strong and competitive partnership on the court.

With approx. 10 years in estate agency, Emma now specialises in sales progression, working closely with all moving parts from offer acceptance to completion. She is proactive and delivers consistent communication and attention to detail through every sale. Emma is highly passionate about supporting clients through every stage of the moving process.

Outside of work, Emma has a young daughter in which she loves spending family time with and days at the beach.

With over 13 years of experience in the Dorset property industry, including the last 8 years specialising in mortgages, Callum is passionate about helping clients navigate the home-buying process with confidence. He prides himself on delivering excellent customer service and enjoys finding solutions for even the most complex or tricky mortgage cases.

Whether you're a first-time buyer, moving home, or remortgaging, Callum aims to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible while providing honest, straightforward advice every step of the way.

When he isn't writing mortgages, Callum enjoys socialising with friends, keeping active in the gym, and supporting his local community rugby club, where he played growing up. Rugby has always been a big part of his life and has helped shape the teamwork, commitment, and people-focused approach he brings to both his personal and professional life.

Loyd is our dedicated Domestic Energy Assessor and floorplan specialist, bringing precision and expertise to every project he works on. With ten years of estate agency experience, including four valuable years with the Link Homes team, he has an in-depth understanding of the property industry and its requirements.

After the birth of his daughter, Margot, in 2022, Loyd chose to step back from full-time estate agency work to have more flexibility with his time. While he's no longer in the office on a day-to-day basis, we're delighted to continue working with him behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Loyd can often be found on the golf course, and when he isn't playing, he enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
