We had multiple viewings booked in shortly after going to market, and received an offer from the first viewing. We have since just exchanged with that buyer, within 10 weeks of legal works beginning. Communication has been fantastic. Photos were fantastic. Jack also found our onward purchase! He knew what we were looking for, saw a 'coming soon' advert with another agent and sent it over to us. We have ended up buying that property, off-market, all thanks to Jack! Would not sell with anybody else again!
